Trust Limited (MDI). Today Finance Trust Bank is a fully ‑edged commercial bank
serving a clientele of over 240,000 depositors and over 26,000 borrowers, through
a network of 33 branches country wide. The bank offers a wide variety of
Products and services including; Savings, Current accounts, Loans, Money transfer
services and Bills payments to its target market which comprises of micro,
small and medium entrepreneurs, salary earners and youth.
& IT Services will primarily support and maintain a structured Environment
that facilitates the development of IT services to leverage value from ICT
infrastructure services and capabilities across the bank.
- Oversee the ICT Service Delivery team by taking
responsibility for service desk, desktop support and application support. - Manage the implementation and maintenance
of ICT Library principles within the department. - Implement and maintain a Service Level Management
process that includes a - Service Catalogue, Service Level Agreements,
Operational Level Agreements and regular service reviews in-line with
industry best practice. - Implement and maintain a Configuration Management
process by ensuring that all software assets are appropriately recorded
and managed. - Design and develop users’ manuals and corresponding
training programs for new and existing systems. - Make sure that all bank business,
application and collaboration systems are well installed, maintained and
managed so as to achieve systems efficiency. - Implement and maintain an ICT complaint Service
Desk.
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should possess a University
degree in computer science, information systems and information technology
from a reputable institution. - Five or more years’ experience in a computing
or relevant environment. - ITIL Service Management qualification and certifications
from Microsoft, SUN, - HP, etc.
- Possess the ability to keep up to date
with technological advances. - Ability to supervise, train staff, including organizing,
prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments. - Employee development and performance management
skills. - High level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Excellent analytical & problem solving
skills. - Excellent communication skills.
