Responsibilities:
- Carry out research and data analysis
- Report writing and minute taking
- Manage relevant information systems in the
section - Coordinate the programme of the executive
- Coordinate workshop and meetings under the
Vice Chancellor’s Office.
Experience:
- The Executive Assistant must hold a
Bachelors Degree in Secretarial studies, Mass Media, Business
Administration or Development studies from a recognized institution of
learning - A minimum of four years’ experience in a
related field and published at least three publications - Excellent writing, editing skills
- Public speaking skills
