Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Make sure that client records are filed
and kept away - Update Navision and SMIS system and the
client master lists.
Process all client queries and complaints in a confidential, professional
and timely manner. - Write and submit reports to the
Operations Manager
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Database Officer should possess a Diploma
in Records Management, Statistics, Information Technology or its
equivalent - Extensive knowledge of
computer packages essential like Ms Word, Access, Excel and Outlook.
