Retention Manager

offers healthcare packages that provide our clients with high value in benefits
and unique service. IAA- Resolution has a strong accredited medical
service provider network of over 500 hospitals, clinics and doctors all across
East Africa. We also provide access to over 750 health hospitals
and clinics in East Africa and South Sudan to the over 106,000 members who
entrust us with their healthcare security.
Responsibilities:
- Retain 90% of current
membership - Oversee Customer
Retention Function working hand-in-hand with Client Relations and Sales
teams - Report relevant
information to the executive on client needs, trends and scheme usage. - Develop feedback or
complaints procedures for customers, monitor results and make policy
change recommendations. - Ensure accurate and
updated weekly and monthly reports. - Build an efficient,
effective and skilled customer service team. - Communicate pertinent
information to clients on a regular basis. - Coordinate
sensitizations, quarterly feedback meetings and Health education talks
with customers - Perform any other
duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should
hold a good bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration or equivalent - Five or more years’
account management experience in Medical Insurance business or service
industry.
