- Closely support product testing and pilots

Experience:
- The applicants should possess Bachelor’s
degrees in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field. - A minimum of three (3) years minimum work
experience, ideally in business development or sales - Past leadership experience
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of
the mobile telecom and/or renewable energy industries in East Africa - Extensive exposure and understanding of
rural BOP markets - Ability to customize and clearly
communicate the Fenix value proposition, including quantitative and
qualitative benefits to the customer and the consumer, for written and
verbal presentations - Possess the ability to manage a team of
trainers & technical staff - Ability to manage a country office and
inventory - Exceptional written and verbal
communications skills (English) - Computer literacy skills i.e. Proficiency
in Microsoft Word, Excel & Google Apps - Ability and drive to work independently
- Business level competency of Central,
Eastern and Northern languages - Technical fluency, such as engineering,
computer science or other technical degree - Prior marketing experience.
