Improved Nutrition project. The project operates in 62 districts across Uganda
to Reduce the Burden of Under Nutrition by providing Ready to Use Therapeutic
and supplementary Foods to vulnerable groups.

aims to forecast, procure, store, and distribute Ready to Use Therapeutic Foods
as well as Supplementary foods to health facilities needed in the management of
malnutrition in persons with HIV/AIDS.
Finance and Administration Officer will be responsible for managing the day to
day operations of the regional office and performs basic office financial,
accounting, personnel and administrative functions. Following the project’s
policies and procedures, the Finance and Administration officer will support
the regional team in achieving their deliverables.
Experience:
- The applicant should possess a good
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Office Administration, Business
Administration, Operations Management or Commerce. - Computer literacy skills
- Detailed knowledge of USAID and its
contractual and reporting requirements. - A minimum of three (3) years of working
experience in a busy organization. - Possess the ability to work independently
and also as a team, to accept and discharge substantial responsibilities,
to prioritize work assignments, to meet deadlines, and to exercise
professional judgment; - Good supervisory skills, accounting and
booking skills, - Effective verbal, written and listening
communication skills - Good time management skills
