- In charge of the design and execution of marketing strategies, policies & programs for company products to further company’s sales objectives
- Actively participate in the development & implementation of the brand strategy to raise brand awareness, visibility & positioning to increase product value and impact.
- Manage & co-ordinate the planning, development & execution of TOYOTA Uganda’s advertising to improve product visibility.
- Develop & revise marketing plans through analysing customer preferences, trends & profiles that influence customer behaviour.
- The incumbent will also be responsible for managing and monitoring the launch & post launch phases of the product lifecycle as well as oversee promotional activities.
- The ideal Toyota employee must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Five or more years’ experience in Marketing / similar role
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
