Job Summary: The Technician – Field Service Technician will be responsible for Field Service, repair and new product installation. He / she will also be performing training on use of equipment including Driver Training.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for clear identification of customer needs, field service, new product installation and repair.
  • In charge of strengthening customer relationships by facilitating constructive dialogue and follow up with customers.
  • Responsible for monitoring the work in progress after installation & repair.
  • Make certain that proper explanation of customer invoices in terms of parts, labour, lubricants & consumables charged is done.
  • Ensure periodic information exchange and close co-operation with Head office to ensure efficient customer-service update.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The Toyota Technician must hold a bachelor’s degree/Higher Diploma in Agricultural Machinery or related Course,
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar job role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Additionally, the applicant must possess a valid driver’s License.
