Job Summary: The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for effective coordination of service & maintenance contracts to ensure customer satisfaction & business growth within Toyota’s Vehicle Leasing & Fleet business. 
Key Duties and Responsibilities:    
  • Coordinating Fleet Customer relations on service & maintenance contracts through constant communication & guiding fleet operators.       
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction through effective coordination of all fleet jobs in the workshop to enhance Customer asset management.        
  • Conduct regular market surveys on prevailing rates & service packages.   
  • Support Customers by ensuring proper fleet usage through information sharing & reporting on fleet performance.  
  • Compile and prepare periodic reports on Customer & Lease Fleet as well as maintain a comprehensive data            base on vehicle history on Customer’s fleet.   
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the aforementioned Toyota vacancy should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in Leasing / Fleet management
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of automotive technical
  • Computer literacy skills.
  • SAP knowledge and / or experience will be an added advantage.
