Job Summary: The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for effective coordination of service & maintenance contracts to ensure customer satisfaction & business growth within Toyota’s Vehicle Leasing & Fleet business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating Fleet Customer relations on service & maintenance contracts through constant communication & guiding fleet operators.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction through effective coordination of all fleet jobs in the workshop to enhance Customer asset management.
- Conduct regular market surveys on prevailing rates & service packages.
- Support Customers by ensuring proper fleet usage through information sharing & reporting on fleet performance.
- Compile and prepare periodic reports on Customer & Lease Fleet as well as maintain a comprehensive data base on vehicle history on Customer’s fleet.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the aforementioned Toyota vacancy should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
- A minimum of five years’ experience in Leasing / Fleet management
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of automotive technical
- Computer literacy skills.
- SAP knowledge and / or experience will be an added advantage.
