Job Summary: The Sales Manager – Trucks will be mainly responsible for the trucks sales plan formulation and execution as well as expense management for the Toyota Uganda truck Sales.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Establish a mid-term plan for Truck Sales Division in line with overall strategy of the company.
  • Identify & develop target transport sectors / customers with the aim of establishing & growing a strong brand.
  • Establish & implement Sales strategy and targets to be achieved.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the truck market, the players and the strategies implemented in the business.
  • Compilation of relevant business reporting for the Toyota Truck Sales division.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal Toyota Sales Manager should hold a good first Degree in a Business related discipline
  • Possess three or more years’ experience,
  • Possess extensive Truck Product knowledge
  • Excellent sales & marketing skills
  • Advanced communication & Interpersonal Skills.
