Responsibilities:
- The Tax Specialist will implement
compensation and benefits scheme according to the market according to the
Company’s recommendations. - Actively participate in compensation and
benefits surveys - Follow up and advise on statutory
deductions such as tax and social security - Compile, prepare monthly, quarterly and
other required reports on turnover, evolution, costs and budgets - Actively coordinate and collect accurate
information for head count and budgeting purposes.
Experience:
- The ideal Total Compensation & Tax
Specialist should possess a good Bachelor’s degree in Finance /Accounting - Past exposure and experience in Tax,
benefits and Human Resources administration - Past experience in compensation and
remuneration - Comprehensive knowledge of statutory
deduction requirements and laws - Possess the ability to handle confidential
information and work under pressure - Exceptional analytical, interpersonal,
organisational and communication skills - Computer literacy skills i.e. proficient
in IT especially Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word)
