Customer Service Manager will be managing all activities at the Customer
Service Center and in liaison with other departments,
Experience:
- Making certain that all the customer
service centre staff adheres to the order procedures. - Advising on all pending orders due to
depot stock outs or any other shortcomings - Maintaining a customer complaints file and
ensure that they are timely responded. - Working with the Commercial Section to
account for reconciliation issues & statement interpretation. - Working closely with the Sales
Administration Section to ensure that all customers are timely served, and
their complaints are properly addressed - Attending to customers’ and transporters’
inquiries and complaints related to supplies - Ensuring that all orders are properly
processed and cleared for loading in good time - The incumbent will also ensure that
service stations do not run out of stocks - Ensuring that all the diversion of products
are properly recaptured and processed. - Ensuring proper dispatching of products to
the retail channel and commercial customers’ sites. - Processing of resellers for bulk products
- HSE objective at reporting 1 near-miss
every month and performing 1 station safety order per year.
Experience:
- The applicant should possess a Bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing - Possess the ability to manage people
- Possess good public relation skills
- Good listening and communications skills
- Good analytical and negotiation skills
