Job Summary: The incumbent will process all user interaction to resolve health information requests via voice, text, email, social media, whatsapp video for the purpose of health wellness promotion and guidance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be capable of leading the user of the service to resolving health information requests via the available platforms using good communication skills within a recommended time.
- Accurately record user information into a user database.
- Follow up the users to seek feedback on their experience for improvement.
- Develop and post daily health content for the available platforms.
- Edit and submit daily and weekly reports as required by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Medicine and Surgery, Pharmacy or it’s equivalent.
- Hold a valid medical practicing license from an authorized body.
- Proficiency with Computers to navigate software applications, social media, blogging and other new media tools – the person should be adept at typing, Microsoft Office products, email, and search tools.
- High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information and able to follow policies and procedures.
- Possess sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Possess the ability to exercise good judgment and proactivity.
- High level of motivation
- Ability to work well as part of a team
