Job Summary: The Letshego Loan
Officers (Group and Business Loans) will be responsible for marketing the MFI
products, loan assessment and enforcing loan repayments.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The candidate should hold a good
bachelor’s degree/Diploma from recognised institutions in the following
areas; Commerce, Social Sciences, Business Administration and Education. - At least a year’s experience in the
microfinance sector, good judgment and decision-making ability – as well
as a team player - Possess the ability to detect and solve
institutional risks.
