Job Summary: The Regional
Manager will serve as the head of the branch management team and supervises a
cluster of branches in LUL. As such, the incumbent supervises the branches
under area of jurisdiction as head of the region. S/he ensures that the
policies and procedures are in line with the branch operations and targets are
met by closely supervising the branches within the region.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate must possess a good
bachelor’s degree from recognised institutions in the following areas;
Commerce, Social Sciences, Business Administration & Education - A minimum of five years’ experience in the
microfinance sector in at least two products (Business Loans and Group
Lending), - Three or more years’ management /
supervisory experience - Possess the ability to make strategic
decisions.
