About Us:
KSK Associates is a Professional Services Firm that provides Financial Consultancy Services including Assurance and Business Advisory Services, Business Planning, Feasibility studies & Project Proposal Preparation, Human Resource, Risk Management and Information System Solutions. KSK Associates seeks to recruit for its valuable client, Tax Guardian Limited.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing, planning and overseeing of Administrative resources;
- Managing of Human resource issues for Tax Guardian Limited;
- Preparation and filing of income tax returns, VAT returns and Withholding Tax;
- Conduct tax training in various taxes;
- Review Activities and assignments of the team;
- Entering approved payment requests into accounting software;
- File all accounting documents in a professional manner;
- Manage clients and provision of Tax advisory services for the Tax Guardian Limited;
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly bank reconciliation, NSSF,WHT, PAYE and VAT returns for Tax Guardian Limited;
- Actively participate in the preparation of monthly management accounts for the company;
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal should specifically hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and accounting or a Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field from a recognized University.
- A Diploma or certificate in Taxation from a recognized institution will be an added advantage
- A minimum of four years’ progressive managerial experience with a strong background in leadership in a profoundly strong position;
- Excellent financial management skills with knowledge of computer Accounting Packages like quick books and tally and good understanding of financial requirements and taxes like WHT, income tax and provisional returns;
- Must be familiar with URA web Portal;
- Excellent Analytical skills and Ability to work under minimum supervision;
- Highly Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to generate financial reports and meet set deadlines with good integrity and confidentiality;
- Be an excellent team player with good interpersonal, communication and creative thinking skills.
