institution (MFI) providing innovative financial services in Uganda.
Manager will be responsible for Letshego’s overall credit operations;
particularly strengthening Credit Committees as a basis for business loans
approvals. The jobholder will also be tasked to participate in the review of
credit policies and procedures. S/he is also responsible for Capacity building
for credit staff. The Manager will also make sure that there is a healthy,
growing and sustainable portfolio.
Experience:
- The candidate must possess a good degree
from a recognised institution in the following areas; Commerce, Social
Sciences, Business Administration and Education - A minimum of five years’ experience in the
microfinance sector in at least two products (Business Loans and Group
Lending). - Three or more years’ experience in credit
management at a Senior Level - Possession of a post graduate Diploma in
Management is an added advantage.
