Key Duties and
Responsibilities:

- The Legal Officer will be responsible for offering
legal advisory support and ensure all our processes are in line with
regulatory requirements. - The incumbent will also work in liaison with
external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors. - Develop and Manage systems that ensure the
Company complies with all applicable codes, as well as its legal and
statutory requirements.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The Legal Officer should hold a Bachelor
of Laws (LLB) Degree from a reputable university. - The applicant must have a current
Advocate’s Practicing Certificate - A minimum of three years’ post
qualification experience in a similar position. - Past exposure and experience in
financial/MFI environment will be an added advantage.
