Job Summary: The General Manager will be responsible for

- Responsible for the
development of strategy for marketing, business development, operational
efficiency and effectiveness in order to achieve sales targets and
business plans - Enhancing the
reputation and relationship with business partners and customers - Managing the
operations and motivating the personnel to achieve set targets
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The candidate should
possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study, with a post
graduate qualification in Management, - At least five years’
experience in senior management of a reputed organization in the transport
sector, with three years of profit-centre responsibility. - Management of the
P&L - Possess the ability to
identify and measure key indicators of a business plan - Extensive knowledge of
automated systems for transport management - Prior fleet management
experience - Insurance and safety
for the transportation industry - Good working knowledge
of principles and methods for moving hazardous and non-hazardous
materials.
