2013, seeks to recruit a highly motivated, results oriented and dynamic
professional for the position above:
Job Summary: The Rwenzori Technical Trainee will be responsible for safely
assisting in operating plant and equipment through learning and developing
relevant skills and expertise in the technical function.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • Learn, Understand and
    support the SABMiller manufacturing excellence practices
  • Develop skills in ensure
    good housekeeping at work place
  • Develop skills to ably
    manage sites and services
  • Actively participate and
    facilitate troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Maintain a safe and healthy
    working environment
  • Initiate corrective
    action where necessary
  • Significantly contribute
    to self and team development
  • Actively participate in
    Team initiatives for continuous
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience: 
  • The incumbent must
    possess a good bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    with good grades
  • At least a year’s
    experience in manufacturing
  • High degree of personal
    integrity and attention to detail
  • Must have conceptualized
    and innovative thinking
  • Goal orientation and
    strong output bias.
  • The applicant should have
    a proactive mindset, self-driven, self-starter
  • Possess the ability to
    communicate effectively both verbally and written
  • Computer literacy skills
    i.e. Word, Power point and excel is a must
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer centric
    disposition.
  • Excellent team player
