Job Summary: The Rwenzori Technical Trainee will be responsible for safely
assisting in operating plant and equipment through learning and developing
relevant skills and expertise in the technical function.

- The incumbent must
possess a good bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
with good grades - At least a year’s
experience in manufacturing - High degree of personal
integrity and attention to detail - Must have conceptualized
and innovative thinking - Goal orientation and
strong output bias. - The applicant should have
a proactive mindset, self-driven, self-starter - Possess the ability to
communicate effectively both verbally and written - Computer literacy skills
i.e. Word, Power point and excel is a must - Good communication skills
- Customer centric
disposition. - Excellent team player
