Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidates should have full professional
accounting qualification i.e. CPA, ACCA or CA up to at least Level - At least three or more years’
post-qualification working
experience - Prior experience in an audit or finance
environment - Significant experience including designing
and implementing a system of internal and financial controls for an
organisation, especially around sales, stocks and cash - Possess the ability to implement an
effective Computerized Accounting System (“CAS”) - Experience in preparing IFRS compliant financial
statements - Past experience in budget generation and
management - Good knowledge and understanding of Strategy
and how it relates to Finance - Ability to lead a professional team of
five or more - Be a self-starter who can demonstrate
initiative, creativeness, vertical thinking, and analytical skills
