control of resources.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Putting together and mounting the
    equipment
  • Powering the equipment using a rectifier
    to change from AC-DC
  • Putting the site on air
  • Microwaves
  • Mounting
  • Run cables
  • Alignment & power
  • Responsible for mounting the antennae and
    radio frequency units
  • Running the cables –coaxial cable to the
    indoor unit
  • Alignment using the multi-metre
  • Mounting the antennae and radio frequency
    units
  • Running the cables –coaxial cable to the
    indoor unit
  • Run feeder cables and terminate to the BTS
  • Align the antennae
  • Making jumper connectors according to the
    specifications
  • Limiting the sit to the mains by moving
    from one site to another
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The Field Technician (LTN Projects) must
    possess a Diploma/Higher Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
    Engineering/Telecommunication
  • Practical experience in Field work with
    three years
  • Possess a Valid Driving License
