Team Leader
being wholly owned by Toyota Tsusho Corporation in Japan. We are the sole
official distributors of Toyota Vehicles, genuine parts and authorized to
service / repair Toyota automobiles as appointed by Toyota Motor Corporation
for Uganda.
Service Advisor will take charge of interfacing and delivering all
communication with Service Customers.
Responsibilities:
- Efficient & courteous reception of
customers, clear identification of customer needs, accurate job card
preparation & data capture. - In charge of ensuring a high level of
Customer Service and keeping Customers informed of the status of their
repairs. - Offer customers with clear feedback
regarding costs, monitor the work progress & keep customers informed
of work done, completion times & potential delays. - Actively coordinate with workshop
supervisory team regarding scheduling and completion of required work. - Effectively utilize the service
appointment system to maximize the facility & manpower capacity as
well as reduce no show rate.
Experience:
- The ideal candidate should possess a
bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related Course, - Two or more years’ technical experience in
Motor Industry - Excellent Communication skills and
customer-orientation
