Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality of work / job, performed
    measures to the required standard.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the base stations at
    all times
  • Advice management and client on areas
    requiring attention to minimize breakdowns and therefore emergency call
    outs
  • Coordinator between company and Client and
    subcontractor
  • Monitoring fuel stations to make sure all
    stations are always at the required levels (500 litres minimum)
  • Be certain that quantities of fuel
    purchases match with deliveries
  • Ensure sub-contractors are paid on time to
    maintain close business relationships and prompt supplies of material.
  • Role between Linksoft, subcontractors and
    clients i.e. Safaricom
  • Identify new business opportunities      
  • Create new business opportunities at base
    station level to improve on revenue and increase on profits
  • Active co-ordination of field technicians
    to ensure timely response.
  • Be involved in fault-finding exercise and
    problem solving.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
  • The ideal candidate for this vacancy must
    possess a Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent
  • At least two years experience in field
    work
  • Must be of high integrity and honesty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
    skills
  • Ability to work long hours and in remote
    areas.
  • Must possess good managerial and
    supervisory skills
  • Willing to be on call at all times and
    travel at short notice
