Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales volume
targets, KPI objectives, brilliant execution standards in QDVPP across the
retail off trade, specifically Supermarkets and forecourts. - Deliver UBL sales force
effectiveness standards in distributor sales crews. - Make sure that the
distributor coverage and call frequency targets are achieved - Embed minimum store
standards in every outlet perfectly every time - Ensure that all UBL
promotions are implemented as per business plan, promotional compliance is
maintained and penetration targets are achieved. - Service customers as
business partners and ensure implementation of business plans and manage
account services through quality checks and follow up - Monitor competitor
activities and price compliance - Establish and maintain
current and potential customer relationships - Compile and submit
accurate and timely status reports, including activity, closings, follow
up and adherence to goals - Develop and implement
special sales activities to reduce stock - Maximise visibility of
our brands in all outlets - Ensure compliance with
safety requirements at the work environment.
Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate
should possess a good business related Diploma / degree or equivalent - A minimum of two years’
experience in a similar role particularly with Consumer packaged goods - Past experience working
with customers at outlet level - Past exposure and
experience and tact dealing with difficult customers - Structured sales call
management - Building and developing
relationships with customers - Excellent records
management skills - Good commercial
understanding / business management - Strong numerical skills
