numbering more than 100,000. Starting from a modest launch in 2006, BRAC’s
programmes in Uganda are halfway toward its goal of reaching 4.2 million
people, or 12 percent of the population, by 2016.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Select monitoring issue;
  • Prepare yearly target plan and monitoring
    schedule.
  • Develop data sheet and data processing
    sheet.
  • Routinely analyze data and prepare
    monitoring report.
  • Deliver power point presentation with
    different stakeholders
  • Manage and build subordinate staff and
    ensure the quality of data.
  • Perform any other duties as deemed
    necessary.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate must possess a
    Master’s degrees in relevant filed from any reputed university with
    minimum two first class/ division/ CGPA 3.00 in all academic examination.
  • At least ten (10) years’ experience in
    relevant filed.
  • Excellent oral and written communication
    skill in English.
  • Must be self-directed, well-organized,
    goal oriented with enhanced problem solving ability.
  • Strong multi-discipline management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organization
    skills.
  • Good working knowledge on personal
    computers and related business software such as Microsoft Office, access.
