About NFT:
NFT Consult, a leading HR Consultancy firm, seeks to recruit for it valuable client, a reputable firm, i Engineering Group. NFT Human Resource Solutions are customer tailored per industry requirements and are geared towards increased cost savings, process improvement leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness yet simultaneously strengthening quality and control of resources.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Receivables:
- Processes and files Quotations
- Follows up and files Purchase Orders
- Processes and files Invoices
2. Accounts Payables:
- Follows-up with Procurement on Purchase Orders and files them
- Processes and files received Invoices
- Prepares, processes and files Payment Vouchers
3. Fixed Assets:
- Processes and files all documents related to Fixed Assets
- Receives from the Accounts Manager at the beginning of the year the depreciation rates to be used, and calculates the depreciation on a monthly basis
4. Treasury:
- Handles and files Petty Cash on a daily basis
- Advances approved Petty Cash and Travel Allowances to employees
- Ensures that Petty Cash and Allowances are closed according to the company’s policies
- Processes and makes payments upon approval
- Files Payment Vouchers
5. Payroll:
- Handles and processes and files employees’ salaries, benefits, and related expenses while coordinating with the HR & Administration section
- Processes and files employees’ loans and advances
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in Administration (Accounting/Finance)
- The ideal candidate for the Accounts Coordinator vacancy should have at least two to three years’ experience in a similar field
- Be an active student Member of an Accounting Professional Body (ACCA or CPA)
