Executives will be tasked to achieve set sales and market
planning and account management.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue
targets as set by the line manager - Achieve customer /
company recruitment targets as set by the line manager - Frequently review
sales performance priorities with the line manager - Pursue new customer
opportunities in the area as may be assigned from time to time - Responsible for proper
and sufficient product knowledge dissemination by ensuring customer
knowledge and understanding of all VUHC insurance health services on offer - Strive to improve
visibility of VUHC services and products at customer premises
Experience:
- The candidate must
hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (sales, marketing etc.) - Possess the ability to
work in a team - Willingness and
ability to learn quickly - Working knowledge of
computer software programs, especially MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc. - Possession of a
positive and resilient attitude alongside a passion for sales - Possession of sales
experience in the healthcare insurance sector will be of an added
advantage
