managing over US$4.8bn worth of investment on behalf of more than 100
institutional investors, including the Commonwealth Development Corporation
(CDC), a UK Government owned company.
Development Manager
effectiveness interventions as a first step to direct our people, culture and
processes. The jobholder will technically support the business in the
development and execution of OD solutions that drive performance and culture.
- Apply
structured change management approaches and methodology to support various
change efforts. - Design
culture change initiatives in line with new business initiatives and
change efforts. - Carry
out change readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in
a clear and logical manner - Oversee
end to end employee Performance management in the organization. - Steer
the Job evaluation intervention and grading schemes.
- The
ideal candidate must have an excellent track record of implementing
effective OD solutions in medium sized to large companies with over 1000
employees. - Possess
an excellent track record of delivery, strong and capable of influencing
senior business leaders. - The
Umeme candidate must hold a basic Human Resource Degree or a degree in a similar
field.
