Reports to: Head of Human Resources
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Charged with the design and manage the best in class employee HR experience from onboarding through to exit.
- Deliver impeccable line management experience with the HR services suit and growing competencies of subordinates.
- Generate and own HR Analytics to drive organizational decision making.
- Oversee all contracted labour in the business through the various account managers of the body shops.
- Develop and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with departments to guarantee a minimum acceptable standard of performance.
- The ideal candidate for the HR Services Delivery Manager must be a Seasoned HR generalist with practical experience in managing large teams
- The applicant must also possess a basic Human Resource Degree or a degree in a related discipline.
- Possess the ability to engage and involve as well as drive continuous improvement.
- Significant experience in dealing with unionized employees, and be able to apply these skills in the delivery of transactional HR activity and line management.
