Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor/guide day to day service
delivery at the shop level. - Develop quarterly work plans in
consultation with the Franchisee manager. - Manage stock levels within the shops.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the
shops. - Prepare performance reports for
franchisee shops. - Sign on new customers.
- Participate in special projects
assigned..
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The candidate should ideally possess a
good University Degree in Business, Sales, or relevent Discipline. - Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in
Direct and Indirect Sales. - Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a
supervisory role in a sales function. - Experience in either the
telecommunication industry or FMCG environment. - Customer service skills.
