country.  Aikan is now recruiting for its
valuable client, a leading multinational telecommunication company leases
employees from aikan on a contractual basis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Routinely follow up & keep track of
    progress of site activities as per the daily/weekly plan given by the
    Implementation Manager.
  • To allocate sub con teams for making site
    RFI & giving forecast to vendors on expected site RFI readiness.
  • In charge of ensuring survey of RFI of
    sites as per the Project Plan.
  • To be responsible for deriving the BOQ of
    items required for making site RFI as per RFI survey reports.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of site passive RFI
    items are made as per project schedule in coordination with Logistics In
    charge.
  • To track delivery of passive RFI items to
    sites in coordination with Logistics In charge.
  • To coordinate with various functional
    teams to solve site technical/coordination issues during the Project
    implementation.
  • To coordinate between the site Owner,
    subcontractors, SCM and other functional teams to meet the Project
    objectives.
  • To ensure proper and timely material
    requisitions requests are sent to SCM for dispatch of passive/active items
    to sites.
  • To ensure timely DE installation of the
    site passive infra as per the project plan.
  • To ensure all passive items are DE
    installed as per standard DE installation process.
  • Coordinating with SCM to ensure timely
    packing and transportation of the DE installed active/passive equipment’s
    from site.
  • Check and ensure that the site is cleaned
    by the TSP after installation/DE installation process.
  • To coordinate with SCM for timely dispatch
    of passive/active equipment’s to site from Warehouse as per the Project
    schedule.
  • To ensure site active (MW/BTS)
    installation/commissioning and DE installation as per Project schedule.
  • To vet of the Work done by vendors during
    the given month.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The Cluster Lead should hold a B. Tech in
    Electronics and Communications engineering.                                                             
  • At least six to eight years’ telecom
    experience in making site RFAI ready.
  • Be a self-starter
  • Highly motivated
  • Go getter
