- Ensure that the Ward is run efficiently and effectively with due regard to Customer care and quality services.
- Provide consistent and effective support supervision and co-ordination of staff and operations on the Ward, towards quick and quality service delivery to Clients.
- The applicants must be a qualified Nurse/Midwife at Registered level and above. Additional qualification and hands-on training in Health Services Management, Customer care or Hospitality Management’is an added and competitive advantage. Computer literacy skills are highly desirable.
- A minimum of three years’ relevant working experience, including Managerial/ Administrative roles, in a Health facility.
- Excellent leadership skills including communication and interpersonal skills, assertive with ability to direct, control, coach and develop staff.
- Excellent problem solving skills with capacity to provide satisfying solutions to operational problems on the Ward
- The ideal candidate must be registered and licensed by the Nurses & Midwives Council
