Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve sale volumes, targets for all clients in
the area of control - Approach
new clients, record maintenance data for acquired clients - Build
rapport with business operators and conduct retail execution survey in the
area of operation - Maintain
records, update management on sale executions - Motivate
and manage sales with clients as well as reconciling accounts - Maintain
contacts with retail outlets on developments in the market and keep
management informed thereof. - Design
route to market ( sales) to maximise sales opportunities - Consistently
achieve customer satisfaction and market execution business initiatives in respect of area
of operation per company set standards - Formulate
and compile reports for management review - Organizing
daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and
other trade factors - Submit
orders by referring to price lists and product literature - Keep
management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as
daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory
analysis. - Monitor
competition by gathering current market place information on pricing,
products, new products delivery schedules, merchandising techniques etc - Recommend
changes in products, service and policy by evaluating results and
competitive developments - Resolve
customer complaints by investigating problems developing solutions
preparing reports and making
recommendations to management - Perform
any other duties assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Sales Representative should ideally
possess a relevant bachelor’s degree or Diploma
