Job Summary: The Country
Manager will provide a strategic direction for the organisation to achieve its
Vision.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • Developing and
    implementing Strategic Plans
  • Managing Donor funded
    projects
  • Policy formulation and
    development
  • In charge of resource
    mobilisation and fundraising for projects
  • Responsible for project
    monitoring & Evaluation
  • Financial management
    and accountability for resources of funded programs/projects
  • In charge of Human
    resource management
  • Diverse stakeholder
    management
  • Implementation and
    management of Education, Healthcare, infrastructure and sustainability
    based projects
  • Procurement and
    logistics management policies
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate
    should possess a good Master’s degree in Project planning and management,
    Development studies, or related filed.
  • Other Trainings in
    leadership development, coaching and mentoring etc  are also mandatory
  • At least five years
    working experience in a similar position or senior management level
    managing Education, Healthcare, infrastructure and sustainability related
    projects, and working with rural communities in a reputable organisation
    preferably an NGO.
  • Extensive knowledge
    and understanding of sustainability production and living
  • Highly passionate and
    Visionary leader
  • High level of ethics
    and integrity
  • Mature with high level
    of emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical,
    coordination/networking, negotiation, communication and interpersonal
    skills
  • Highly Result
    oriented.
