Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Developing and
implementing Strategic Plans - Managing Donor funded
projects - Policy formulation and
development - In charge of resource
mobilisation and fundraising for projects - Responsible for project
monitoring & Evaluation - Financial management
and accountability for resources of funded programs/projects - In charge of Human
resource management - Diverse stakeholder
management - Implementation and
management of Education, Healthcare, infrastructure and sustainability
based projects - Procurement and
logistics management policies
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate
should possess a good Master’s degree in Project planning and management,
Development studies, or related filed. - Other Trainings in
leadership development, coaching and mentoring etc are also mandatory - At least five years
working experience in a similar position or senior management level
managing Education, Healthcare, infrastructure and sustainability related
projects, and working with rural communities in a reputable organisation
preferably an NGO. - Extensive knowledge
and understanding of sustainability production and living - Highly passionate and
Visionary leader - High level of ethics
and integrity - Mature with high level
of emotional intelligence. - Excellent analytical,
coordination/networking, negotiation, communication and interpersonal
skills - Highly Result
oriented.
