approach combining Education, Health, Agriculture, Livestock, Adolescent
Empowerment, and Microfinance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning,
organizing, assessing seed demand and monitoring the sales activities. - In
charge of distribution of seed and other inputs in the channel. - Working
in liaison with Sales Officer/ Regional Coordinator for smooth sales
operation of the products and recovery. - Organizing
regional meeting/ workshop with dealers/ agents/ staff - Maintaining
liaison with Government, private seed company/ seed association - Establishing
assessable reporting system based on sales, recovery, market development
and opportunity, staff situation in the cross-functional stakeholders. - Preparing
yearly sales budget and relevant strategies to fulfill the budget. - Preparing
promotional materials and distribute to dealer/agent/ others - Collecting
feedback from field about the quality of inputs and performance of seeds
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate should hold a second upper division/ (CGPA 3 out of 4 in
all academic examination) in the area of Ms/Msc in Agriculture or any
other related discipline from a reputable university - At
least ten years’ experience in such related field. - Excellent
communication skills, team work and ability to deal with related
stakeholders and cultural issues. - Strong
oral and written communication skills in English. - Possess
the ability to handle any raised situation - Possess
the ability to counsel and motivate skill; intent to build up capacity of
the staff. - Possess
the ability to work under pressure and independently in line with organization’s
strategic goals
