recruit highly motivated, results oriented and dynamic candidates for the
positions above:-
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Conduct
    preventive maintenance/servicing on all trade coolers
  • Minimize
    downtime on trade coolers
  • Identify
    and fix electrical & Refrigeration faults.
  • Maintain,
    repair and optimize coolers and associated devices.
  • Ensure
    all safety standards are carried in execution of works.
  • Comply
    with recommended Safe Work Procedures.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • The Fridge Technicians must hold
    ordinary diplomas in /Refrigeration Engineering
  • At least two years’ experience in a FMCG
    Environment will be advantageous.
  • Possess a Valid Driver’s License;    
  • High energy, self-discipline and drive,
    conceptualizing and innovative thinking, goal orientation and strong
    output bias.
  • Highly proactive mindset, self-starter
    and with initiative, ability to communicate (verbal and written).
  • Computer literacy skills i.e.
    proficiency in Microsoft word, power point and excel is an added advantage
  • Willingness to work and travel anywhere
    within Uganda.
