- The HR Manager should possess a Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources Management - Possession of an additional professional
training in HR will be an added advantage - At least five years’ experience at senior
level in the field of human resources management - Strong interpersonal and people management
skills - Possess the ability to work with minimal
supervision in a fast-paced organization is a must
