Job Summary: The
Marketing Manager – Human Department assists the Director- Marketing &
Sales in developing, implementing and maintaining the marketing plan as well as
working closely with the Medical Representatives to ensure the company achieves
its sales targets in a cost effective manner.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate should hold a technical university degree background
(Pharmacy/ Medical/ Biological) with supplemental commercial education
(MBA or Advanced Marketing Degree) - A
minimum of three years’ experience leading marketing functions, including
solid experience leading the sales teams in medical related fields. - Highly
self-driven with the ability to motivate peers and subordinates, - Highly
customer oriented - Innovative
and willing to learn - Be
a strategic thinker and commercially focused - Possess
a strong performance and results orientation - Ability
to apply high level analytical and creative problem-solving skills
