supplies to public health facilities in Uganda.
Care Representative will offer customer care service to clients in the field,
in order to ensure their satisfaction in tandem with NMS strategic goals and
objectives.
- Conduct field visits to monitor service
delivery to health facilities within
Karamoja region by ensuring that health facilities coverage
and frequency targets are achieved.
- Perform continuous monitoring and evaluation
activities at Health facilities as per the approved procedures. - Proactively co-ordinate with the offices
at NMS Headquarters, its distributors, District Health Offices and
District Officers, District Security organizations and Health Facilities
in charge to ensure that timely and accountable delivery of supplies to
the districts and last destinations are (Health Facilities) is made. - Responsible for overseeing specific/
special customer requests to ensure timely responses. - Receive and report to NMS on customer/other
stakeholder complaints and ensure that feedback is timely given consistent
closure of issue - Prepare daily, weekly, monthly statistical
reports as appropriate. - Support the Head of Sales and Marketing in
delegated responsibilities when required. - Meet the performance objectives and
performance measures agreed with the Customer Care Officer.
Experience:
- The Customer Care Representative must hold
a Diploma in Business Administration. - The ideal candidate must also possess a
clean valid Class B Driver’s license - The applicant must be a KARAMAJONG.
- Three or more years’ working experience in
customer care - Highly computer literate
- Past training in Customer service will be an
added advantage.
