Customer Care Attendant Job Opportunity at National Medical Stores

About NMS:
National Medical Stores is an autonomous Corporation that was established by an Act of Parliament 1993. Our mandate is to procure, store and distribute medicines and other medical supplies to public health facilities in Uganda.
Job Summary: The jobholder will provide Customer Care support to the Customer Care Representative by way of ensuring that the customer service inquiries are either to Customer Care Representative or recorded for onward presentation to Customer Care Representative.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Cordially answer Customer inquiries
  • Responsible for the receipt of documents and arrange for their delivery to NMS head office
  • In charge of receiving and directing all internal and external calls to appropriate destinations.
  • Act as the primary front desk person of the office 
  • Conduct any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:   
  • All suitably qualified and interested Candidates must possess diplomas in Business related discipline from recognized institutions.
  • The applicant must be a KARAMAJONG.
  • Demonstrate customer care orientation and best practices.
  • Highly proficient in the use of computers.
  • Past exposure and experience in handling Customers.
