Business Executive – Contract Printing Career Opportunity at Monitor Publications

Job Summary: The Business Executive – Contract Printing will take lead in the identification of large contract printing opportunities and sign on clients in order to achieve the business targets for contract printing
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Proactively grow contract printing business by conducting daily Sales visits to potential and existing clients.
  • Coordinate the production of client’s adverts and get their approval
  • Collect dues on all Contract printing sold on credit with in agreed timelines
  • Maintain sales contacts with appropriate representative of major clients and to follow-up and resolve any complaints.
  • Develop daily, weekly and monthly prospects of potential clients
  • File weekly reports with the Production Manager on week’s activities and itineraries.
  • Send monthly sales and collection reports to the Production manager.
  • Process all customer complaints and give feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and growing client portfolio.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold a relevant University bachelor’s degree
  • Professional  Diploma in Sales & Marketing
  • At least a year to two years working experience in a sales related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a High drive for results
  • Driven my high personal drive for excellence
  • Excellent Proposal writing skills
  • Possess the ability to build strong relationships
  • Appreciation for numbers (numeracy skills)
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
