Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls on the general
line. - Receive company visitors and direct them
to the relevant offices. - Maintain the reception area in a clean and
tidy manner. - Process all incoming and outgoing letters
and parcels. - Handle police requests for customer
details in accordance with the Company policy.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Front Desk
Officer vacancy should possess a Diploma in Public Relations or Front Desk
operations. - At least one year’s experience of Front
Desk operations. - Strong commitment to providing exceptional
customer service. - High passion for customers and the
customer experience. - Ability to operate in a performance driven
organization. - Culturally awareness
- Fluent in English and/or French at
business level. - Strong customer focus.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Sets high personal standards and is goal
oriented. - Communications skills, both oral and in
written.
