Reports to: Business Development Manager
About STIL:
Steel and Tube Industries Limited is one of the Leading and most
reliable manufacturer and supplier of Steel profile in Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The incumbent will
    cordially attend to customers.
  • Responsible for
    marketing STIL’s company products and increase sales.
  • Carrying out market
    intelligence and assessing competitor trends
  • Ensuring high level
    customer satisfaction and retention
  • Responsible for
    preparing timely and accurate sales reports.
  • Perform any other
    duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • The Area Sales Manager
    should ideally possess a good bachelor’s degree in marketing or any other
    related Business course
  • At least three to five
    years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience handling
    routes
  • Prior supervisory
    experience
  • Extensive travelling
  • Good working knowledge
    of other languages other than native language
  • Computer literacy
    skills required
  • Should be working in
    the same position
  • Past experience in
    related industry preferred
