Job Summary: The Monitoring
and Evaluation Officer will support the program with tracking progress, quality
control, the collection and analysis of data, reporting and providing valuable
feedback to partners.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate must possess a Post graduate qualification or a
minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, Statistics, Development Economics studies,
Civil Engineering, Construction Management and training in Monitoring and
Evaluation - At least three years’ working experience
preferably with relevant NGOs - Excellent working knowledge in design and
management of PMP, IPTT, IPRS and M&E systems - The ideal candidates should exhibit high
professionalism and confidence - Also be highly self-motivated, experienced
and committed team players - Preferably, the candidates should be
resident in the areas of the indicated duty stations - The person should be willing to travel
within the region more than 30% of the time.
