bank when due; - Process all patients’ refunds;

collected the same day; - Responsible for File and retrieve
documents & type any letters/memos as required - Process any enquiries that may arise as
per stipulated guidelines and Hospital policy.

Front Office Operations and/ or Customer Service - A minimum of two or more (2) years’
experience in a similar role. - Working knowledge of Accounting/Financial
Management and proficiency in MS Office packages will be an added
advantage. - The ideal candidate should have excellent
