Key Duties and Responsibilities: The
NC Bank Head of Treasury is a senior management position reporting to the Head
of Business. The job holder will be responsible for the Bank’s treasury
activities which include:-

- Offering
technical guidance and leadership to ALCO on Assets and Liabilities
Management. - Management
of the Bank’s treasury assets in order to maximise returns in line with
budget. - Taking
lead of the treasury sales
activities. - Ensuring
strict adherence to policies, guidelines and approved limits related to
treasury activities. - Proactively
managing the Bank’s liquidity and funding requirements.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Head
of Treasury should hold a good degree from a recognised university. An MBA
will be an added advantage. - The
applicant must also possess an ACI dealing certificate - All
candidates must have a good understanding of the regulatory environment,
customer requirements and treasury operations. - Possess
at least five years’ experience in commercial banking three of which must
have been at management level in the treasury sector.
