Job Summary: The Monitoring and
Evaluation Advisor will steer the monitoring, evaluation, tracking and
information control of the project for effective delivery and timely corrective
action.

action.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development
& Implementation of M&E framework and tools for mid-term and
annual evaluation - Development
and tracking of relevant Key performance Indicators for the project. - Steer the
Capacity building of teams at the health center facilities in Monitoring
and Evaluation. - Periodic
reporting of performance of the project with recommendations for remedial
action. - Managing
the implementation & Utilization of the selected LMIS database. - Management
of project statistical information.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant must possess a Master’s degree in public health, demography,
statistics or related field. - A minimum
of five years’ experience in evaluation designs, development of indicators
and data analysis with proven record in monitoring and evaluation. - Prior
experience in development of performance monitoring plans - Good
understanding and acquaintance with supply chain concepts and
pharmaceutical logistics indicators - Possess
the ability to work with minimal supervision - Excellent
Communication skills, both oral and written - Ability
to meet tight deadlines
