highest level of driver training in Uganda, with the objective of equipping
learners with defensive driving capabilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The Fleet Supervisor will ideally be
responsible for the following:

responsible for the following:
- Implementation of Transport policy approved by
the management. - Propose improvements in the existing fleet
management system. - Monitor and reports movement of prestige
vehicles in all the 22 branches - Monitor and report fuel use, mileage of each of
the branch vehicles - Monitor and report student allocation per car
per branch ensuring transparency in allocation of time/lessons. - Ensure that proper inventory of all components
of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently. - Ensure that the maintenance, oiling and
servicing schedule of the vehicles is followed. - Strictly act upon the petrol/diesel filling
mechanism approved by the management. - Keep records/ history of drivers and instructor
licenses and driving permits - Rigorously monitor and respond to accidents and
incidences involving Prestige Vehicles and action and report in time. - Monitor and update the MV insurance i.e.
stickers and expiry and advise management - Maintain duty roasters of Instructors, cleaners
and mechanics. - Arrange for registration and re- certifications
of vehicles whenever necessary. - Ensure feedback on performance of staff,
drivers cleaners and mechanics after evaluation. - Put an action plan on installation of
petrol/LPG pump- Service in Prestige garage - Ensure Prestige repair/ maintenance workshop
functions in order. - Send regular and comprehensive monthly report
to the Registrar. - Carry out quarterly appraisal of instructors
professional and work conduct. - Ensure safe parking of Vehicles after work in
the designated location - Perform any other duties as advised by the
Operations Manager and / or General Manager
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Fleet Supervisor should hold a diploma in motor
vehicle engineering. - Possession of a degree /diploma in management
/business related course will be an added advantage - A minimum of three years; experience in
handling Transport services, from reputable transport based company - High proficiency in computer literacy i.e. use
of Microsoft word, Excel, Power
