Job Summary: The Banking Operations Manager will primarily
support banking operations to ensure adherence to operational policies and
procedures and control operational lapses.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervision and control of centralized
loans processing function - Enhance productivity of business teams and
ensure adherence to operational and accounting policies - Enhance productivity of front office
banking staff - Periodic review of front and back office
operations to ensure due diligence on teller - Review operational oversight for system
access by front and back office staff - Develop and manage standardized format for
collating and analyzing branch customer interactions - Generate reports from collected data for
management information
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The Banking Operations Manager should
ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce,
Professional qualifications is an added advantage. - A minimum of six years’ work experience in
a recognized micro finance institution or commercial bank, with at least 4
years experience in cross functional, front & back office operations
supervisory roles - Practical knowledge of core banking
applications - Practical knowledge of credit processes
and procedures - Excellent interpersonal skills
